Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 1 small jar of cranberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

ideal with smoked fish and grilled food

Beat the well-chilled cream with a hand mixer on high for 1/2 minute, then gradually add the cream stiffener. Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in the cranberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
