Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper
- 1 dashes vinegar and / or some lemon juice
- 1 tsp mustard
- ¼ liter of oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Combine all ingredients in a glass beaker in this order. Place a hand blender inside and turn it on. Hold the hand blender at a slight angle and slowly pull upwards. Don’t pull too quickly, or the mayonnaise will curdle. Tip: For garlic mayonnaise, simply add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.
