Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Breadcrumbs, as desired
  • salt and pepper
  • Grated cheese, to taste
  • 4 rolls
  • Paprika powder
  • ketchup

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Knead the minced meat with the eggs, finely diced onion, crushed garlic clove, and breadcrumbs thoroughly. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cut open 4 rolls and hollow them out. Spread with ketchup, add the minced meat, and spread a thin layer of ketchup. Finally, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 225°C for about 20 minutes.
