  • 0,125 L Milk
  • 50 g Grated onions
  • 1 Chicken egg whole egg
  • Salt pepper
  • 0,25 L Broth clear
  • 1 Big onion
  • 1 Tart apples
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Flour
  • 4 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 0,25 tsp Curry
  • 4 tbsp Cream 30% fat

Instructions

  • Mix the milk, breadcrumbs and grated onion. Then add the egg and the minced meat mixture and season with salt and pepper.
  • Form the dumplings out of the minced meat mixture (it's best to always moisten your hands, so it won't stick). Bring the meat stock to the boil and add the dumplings. Let simmer over low heat.
  • In the meantime, peel the onion and apple and chop them into small cubes.
  • In a large pan, sweat the butter and flour over a moderate heat. Briefly sauté the onion and apple in it.
  • Now whisk in the mustard, curry, cream and dumpling broth and cook for about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
  • Finally, add the dumplings to the sauce again and let them steep for a moment. Place on the preheated plates and add rice or boiled potatoes tossed in butter. Enjoy the meal!!!!!
