Meatballs in Vegetables
The perfect meatballs in vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

- 500 g Ground beef
- 1 Egg
- Breadcrumbs

- 1 Onion
- 1 Red peppers
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 50 g Green beans canned
- 0,125 l Broth
- Pepper
- Salt
- Water
- Make a batter out of ground beef, egg and breadcrumbs and shape the meatballs.
- Fry the meatballs brown all over in a non-stick pan. Take out of the pan.
- Take the same pan and fry the chopped onions in it and deglaze with a little broth. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, cut the mushrooms into slices. Add both and cook.
- Add the meatballs again. Drain the canned green beans and finally add and heat.
- If the sauce is too thin, thicken with a little cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
- Rice goes best with it.
