Meatballs in Vegetables

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 1 Egg
  • Breadcrumbs

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 100 g Mushrooms
  • 50 g Green beans canned
  • 0,125 l Broth
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Water
  1. Make a batter out of ground beef, egg and breadcrumbs and shape the meatballs.
  2. Fry the meatballs brown all over in a non-stick pan. Take out of the pan.
  3. Take the same pan and fry the chopped onions in it and deglaze with a little broth. Cut the bell pepper into cubes, cut the mushrooms into slices. Add both and cook.
  4. Add the meatballs again. Drain the canned green beans and finally add and heat.
  5. If the sauce is too thin, thicken with a little cornstarch and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Rice goes best with it.
