Meatballs with cinnamon and chocolate

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder, Korean
  • 1 tbsp chives, dried
  • 2 tsp steak pepper
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • n. B. Chocolate drops with 52% cocoa
  • e.g. pine nuts
  • n. B. Clarified butter for the molds

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Grease a small muffin tin with clarified butter. Mix the mince with all the ingredients, except the chocolate chips and pine nuts. Preheat the oven to 200°C (top/bottom heat). Form the mince dough into small, tablespoon-sized balls and fill with some chocolate and pine nuts. Place them in the tins and flatten. Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes.
