Oven-baked meatballs without fat

Chop the onions and persimmon tomatoes. Other tomatoes, such as beefsteak tomatoes, can also be used if they are chopped well. Soak the slice of toast in the milk and then mix well with the minced meat. Then mix the diced tomatoes and onions with the feta cheese and also well with the minced meat. Finally, season the minced meat mixture with any spices you like. The spices mentioned above are examples of what I use for my meatballs. Now form meatballs, which are about the size of your palm, and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. The mixture is enough for slightly more than one baking tray, depending on how big you make the meatballs. Cook the meatballs in a preheated oven at 180-200°C for approx. 45-60 minutes using top/bottom heat or fan/convection. Turn the meatballs two or three times during cooking.
