Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp Parmesan
- 1 slice(s) meatloaf
- 1 pinch of salt
- some oil
- 125 g diced ham (smoked ham)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Whisk the eggs in a bowl and mix with the salt, Parmesan cheese, and diced ham. Meanwhile, heat a little oil in a small pan. Once the oil is hot, add the meatloaf to the pan, pour half of the egg mixture over it, and cook over medium heat for four minutes. Turn the meat over and pour the remaining mixture over it. Cook for another four minutes. After this time, turn the meat over one last time, turn off the heat, and let the egg set in the residual heat.
