Meatloaf "Saskia"

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1 kg minced meat, mixed
  • 1 roll(s), stale
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 handful of oat flakes
  • ½ bunch parsley
  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 100 g cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 200 g feta cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Finely chop the onions, parsley, bell peppers, and feta cheese. Combine them in a bowl with the ground beef, egg, oats, and a soaked bread roll and knead into a dough. Season with salt, pepper, chili powder, and paprika. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Make a hollow in the top of the meatloaf and fill with the grated Gouda cheese. Bake at 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
