Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

sweet and sour light dessert

Slice the bananas, reserving a few slices for garnishing. Place half into dessert bowls and drizzle with lemon juice (you can use a little more; the sweet and sour taste is what we want), then sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles. Mix the quark and sugar in a bowl and spoon over the bananas. Place the other half of the banana slices on top of the quark and drizzle with more lemon. Whip the Cremefine with vanilla sugar until stiff and divide among the bowls as well. Garnish with banana slices, chocolate sprinkles, nuts, or almonds. Please also drizzle the banana garnish with lemon, not only for the taste but also for the appearance. Then chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
