Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 roll
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 400 g minced meat
  • 2 small eggs
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 80 g cheese (Gouda)
  • Chives, cut into rolls

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 3 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 33 minutes

from the microwave

Soak the bread roll. Dice the bell pepper, Gouda cheese, and onion. Mix the ground meat with the squeezed-out bread roll, eggs, onion, bell pepper, Gouda cheese, and seasonings. Transfer the meat mixture to a suitable dish and microwave the roast for 15 minutes at 600 watts. Then let it rest for 3-5 minutes. Garnish with chives.
