Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 600 g potatoes, small, with skin
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 can olives, black, pitted
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- n. B. pepper, black
- n. B. Sea salt, coarse
- n. B. Herbs of Provence

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
a great side dish to grilled food
Spread the chopped garlic in a suitable ovenproof dish. Place the well-washed and dried potatoes on top. Drain the olives and scatter them over the potatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and finally sprinkle with the Provençal herbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. It pairs really well with grilled meat.
