Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter
- 10 black olives, pitted
- 2 tbsp vegetable broth, instant
- 3 tbsp fried onions
- 1 tsp capers
- 2 tbsp herbs de Provence

very spicy butter, ideal for grilling
Melt the butter over very low heat. Meanwhile, finely chop the olives, fried onions, and capers, or better yet, puree them with a hand blender. Season generously with Provençal herbs (rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, savory). Mix all ingredients thoroughly. Then transfer the mixture to a suitable container and let it cool. It tastes delicious on fresh baguette with grilled food.
