Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 3 egg yolks
- 300 ml olive oil
- 70 g tomatoes, sun-dried
- 120 g bell pepper(s), red, roasted
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp salt
- ¼ tsp white pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Place the egg yolks and the remaining ingredients (except the olive oil) in a food processor and, with the motor running, slowly pour in the olive oil. Blend until a mayonnaise consistency forms. Season again with salt and white pepper, if desired.
