Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g flour, wheat flour
  • 150 ml wine, white, dry
  • 150 ml olive oil
  • 150 g Parmesan
  • 100 g walnuts
  • 150 g green olives, without stones
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 sprig(s) of oregano, fresh
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pack of yeast (dry yeast)
  • ½ tsp salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Sieve the flour and make a well in the center. Add the yeast. Heat the oil slightly and pour it over the flour and yeast. Let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Now add the wine using a mixer and stir in. Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 30 minutes. Finely grate the Parmesan cheese and pick the oregano leaves. Finely chop the rosemary and also pick the thyme. Finely chop the walnuts. First, stir the eggs and salt into the yeast dough. Then add the finely chopped walnuts, grated Parmesan cheese and herbs and stir in well. Peel the garlic cloves, crush them with a garlic press and add to the dough. Finely slice the olives and add to the dough. Stir the dough well again and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Transfer the dough to a loaf pan and let it rise for another 30 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 1 hour.
