- 200 g flour
- 100 g butter
- 1 tsp salt, just
- 4 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp dried Italian herbs

Delicious snack
Make a shortcrust pastry from flour, butter, salt, water, and herbs. Let it rest in the refrigerator for 1/2 hour. Then roll out to about 1/2 cm thick and cut out biscuits using a cookie cutter. This amount of dough will fill about 2 baking sheets. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes.
