Mediterranean Sheep Cheese

- Sliced cucumber
- Tomato slices
- Red pepper
- Spring onion, garlic clove
- Tomato salt – own production
- Dried herbs from my garden
- Black pepper from the mill
- Olive oil
- Balsamic vinegar dark
- 1 Place a slice of sheep’s cheese on a plate and garnish with cucumber and tomato slices and the red bell pepper.
- Scatter onion rings and garlic slices, as well as various dried garden herbs.
- Season with tomato salt (own production) and pepper.
- Pour marinade made of olive oil and balsamic vinegar over it and let it steep for about 1 hour.
- There was also fresh pastries and a glass of buttermilk sprinkled with mineral water!
- It tastes really excellent, and not only in summer!
