Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g feta cheese
- 60 g cream cheese
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tsp oregano, shredded
- ½ tsp rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 pepper, fresh
- 30 g tomatoes, pickled, dried
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper

vegetarian spread, quick and easy
Chop the sun-dried tomatoes. Slice the bell peppers into rings. Set half of the sliced bell peppers aside for garnish. Finely chop the garlic. Crumble the drained feta cheese into a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients, except for the bell peppers, which we’ll use for garnish, and mix together. Season with pepper. Add salt if desired. Salt may not be needed, as the cheese is already salty enough. This spread is best spread on white bread, such as ciabatta, but it also works well on rye bread.
