Ingredients
- 250 g Farfalle
- 2 small Cantaloupe melon
- 100 g Mixed lettuce
- 100 g Cocktail tomatoes
- Basil
- 2 Shallot
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 2 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tsp Balsamic bianco
- 2 tsp Honey liquid
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Pink pepper
Instructions

- Peel the garlic clove, dice it finely and mix it with the oil, vinegar, honey, pepper, salt and the chopped basil to make a creamy dressing.

- Cook the farfalle in plenty of salted water until firm to the bite. Then drain and mix with the dressing while it is still hot.
- Cut the melons in half and remove the stones, then cut out balls. Drain the juice. Wash and halve the tomatoes. Clean the shallots and cut into rings. Clean and wash the lettuce and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Mix all ingredients and pour into the melon peel.
