Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 small melons (cantaloupe melons / netted melons)
- some port wine or sherry
- some sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 5 minutes
Chill the melons thoroughly in the refrigerator (not the freezer!) for at least 2 hours. Then halve, deseed, and serve with a splash of port or sherry. Add a little more sugar, if desired.
