Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g strawberries
- ½ lemon(s)
- 80 g sugar
- 150 g cream
- 100 ml milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Wash the strawberries and drain well, pluck off the sepals, and trim off any unsightly pores. Roughly chop the berries and purée them finely with a hand blender. Squeeze the lemon juice and mix with the sugar. Add to the strawberries and mix until the sugar is completely dissolved. Then add the cream and milk and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Freeze the mixture in an ice cream maker according to the instructions.
