Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of cream cheese
  • 1 cup crème fraîche
  • 1 can of tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Baguette(s)
  • possibly spice(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Drain the tuna. Finely chop the onion and place it in a bowl, then mix the cream cheese and crème fraîche and add the tuna. Season to taste with salt and pepper and any other spices you like. The garlic should be crushed. This will be perfect for eating on baguette.
