Mexico – Chili – Pasta Salad

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g spaghetti (fork spaghetti)
  • 1 can of vegetables (Mexico mix, 400g)
  • 3 pieces Cabanossi
  • 1 bottle of chili sauce, hot
  • 200 ml milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Prepare the spaghetti according to the package instructions. Drain the Mexican mix (consisting of corn, peas, and red bell pepper). Cut the Cabanossi into thin slices. Mix the hot chili sauce with the milk. Mix the salad ingredients with the sauce and let it marinate. For a meatless version, the Cabanossi can be omitted.
