Spinach and Minced Meat Sauce

Ingredients
 

  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 450 g Frozen creamed spinach
  • 400 g Minced meat
  • 100 ml Milk or cream
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 2 slices Processed cheese

Instructions
 

  • Dice the onion and sauté in a little oil in a large pan until translucent. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Press (or finely chop) the garlic through the press. Season with salt and pepper. Put the spinach in the pan and let it thaw.
  • Depending on how much sauce you want, add milk or cream. Pluck in the cheese and let it melt. Boil. Season to taste with salt, pepper, vegetable stock powder and then serve with pasta or rice. Those who like it even more spicy can z. B. stir in chilli flakes.
  • Also tastes delicious with frozen gorgonzola spinach.
