Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 ml cream
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 g drinking chocolate (powder) (Caotina blanc)
  • 300 ml Amaretto

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Heat the milk and cream in a saucepan. Just before it boils, remove the pan from the heat and stir in the chocolate powder. Allow the warm white chocolate mixture to cool slightly, then add the Amaretto. Bottle the liqueur and chill in the refrigerator.
