Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 ml cream
- 50 ml milk
- 1 tsp spice mix (soup seasoning)
- 150 g processed cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
ideal with fish
Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe container, breaking the cheese spread into small pieces. Cover and microwave on full power for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally and letting it stand for a while to melt the cheese. If necessary, break up any remaining cheese pieces with a whisk. We think it tastes best with fish and boiled potatoes.
