Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 6 tbsp almonds, ground
- 4 tbsp cocoa powder, instant (drinking chocolate)
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tbsp Amaretto or Triple Sec (e.g. Cointreau or Grand Marnier)
- 1 egg(s) (size M)
- 1 pinch of baking powder
- 1 pinch of cinnamon powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- Oil for the molds
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 minutes; Total time approx. 14 minutes
Preparation in the cup
Combine the ingredients and whisk or mixer until smooth. Grease two cups, each with at least 200 ml capacity, with oil and pour in the batter. The cups should be no more than half full. Microwave the cake at 600 watts for about 4 minutes. Let the cake cool slightly in the cups, then turn out onto a plate and decorate as desired.
