Microwave omelet with potato chips

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 50 g diced ham, light
  • 2 cocktail tomatoes
  • some salt and pepper
  • herbs, Mediterranean
  • possibly cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 m.-sized potato(s)
  • some salt
  • some curry powder
  • some chili powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Whisk 2 eggs with light ham cubes, tomatoes, herbs, spices, and perhaps a bit of cheese. Then place in a suitable dish in the microwave and cook on high for about 7 minutes. Cut the potatoes into approximately 2 mm thick slices and place them on a wooden skewer soaked in water. Season and microwave on high for about 5-7 minutes, until nicely crispy. Cooking times may vary depending on the microwave.
