Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 ml white wine
  • 250 ml water
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 g sugar
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine white wine and water in a microwaveable container with a capacity of at least 2.25 liters. Combine eggs, sugar, and vanilla pudding mix thoroughly and stir into the liquid. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes at 600 watts. Stir every 3 minutes (important!). Serve well chilled as a dessert.
