Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pork loin(s) (pork fillet)
- salt and pepper
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp cheese, freshly grated (Gouda)
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- oregano
- Flour
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Clean the meat and cut into 8 slices (medallions). Flatten and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle a little flour on one plate, beat an egg and place it on a second plate. Place 2 tablespoons of grated cheese on a third plate, then add the breadcrumbs and oregano. Coat the medallions one after the other in the flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumb-cheese mixture. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the medallions for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
