Milk Cream with Fruit Latte

Milk cream with fruit latte

  • 500 ml Milk
  • 50 g Raw cane sugar
  • 2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 35 g Food starch
  • 4 piece Chocolate mint (from our own garden)
  • Cocoa powder to taste and taste
  • *Einfacher Erdbeer – Fruchtaufstrich (Rest) nach Gusto

  1. Take a saucepan and pour the appropriate milk into it. Add raw cane sugar, vanilla extract and cornstarch. Bring the whole thing to the boil briefly, stirring and switching down immediately or even removing it from the plate.
  2. Then transfer the whole thing into a bowl (it is liquid) and cover it with cling film. Let it cool down until it is cold and then put it in the fridge for about 4 hours so that the whole thing solidifies. Then take it out and stir with a whisk until smooth.

Thermomix – preparation with picture description

  1. Place the milk, raw cane sugar, vanilla extract and cornstarch one after the other in the mixing bowl. Then set to 3 sec / level 5 and let the whole thing stir completely once. Then it is set to 8 min / 100 ° / level 2, there it is cooked.
  2. After the beep, the whole thing is poured into a bowl (it is liquid) and this is covered with cling film. Let it cool down until it is cold and then put it in the fridge for about 4 hours so that the whole thing solidifies. Then take it out and stir with a whisk until smooth.
