Milk gelatin with mango

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup milk
  • 5 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pack of gelatin powder, white
  • 1 mango(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the water into a saucepan and let the gelatin swell. Heat over medium heat. Once the gelatin mixture boils, simmer for another minute. Add the sugar to the pan and dissolve while stirring. Simmer over low heat for about 1 minute. Add the milk and mix well. Pour the mixture into a rectangular or square dish and let cool. Place the dish in the refrigerator. Once the milk gelatin has cooled, slide it out of the dish and cut into 2 x 2 cm cubes. Peel the mango and also cut it into cubes. Mix the milk gelatin with the mango cubes and serve.
