Milk semolina with a twist

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 5 tbsp semolina

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add the semolina to the cold milk and stir well. Add the sugar and stir again. Add the cinnamon and stir. Bring the milk to a boil. As soon as it boils, stir the semolina well and let it boil briefly. Serve and garnish with sprinkles.
