Milk slice cake

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cake base
  • 10 milk slices
  • 500 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 jar sour cherries

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Very easy and fast

Mix the Milchschnitte and quark thoroughly with a hand mixer. Spread the mixture evenly over the finished cake base. Drain the cherries well and then arrange them on top of the quark mixture. You can also remove the “tops” from about 6 Milchschnitte and cut out flowers with a cookie cutter (the leftovers go into the quark mixture), which you can then use to decorate the cake. Place the cherries in the center. Half a jar will suffice in this case, though.
