Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ cup(s) millet
- 1 egg(s)
- herbs, fresh, mixed
- 150 g yogurt
- 1 ½ cup(s) vegetable broth
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Rinse the millet with hot water. Bring it to a boil in the vegetable broth and let it swell. Mix with yogurt, egg, pepper, salt, and chopped herbs, and season to taste.
