  • 5 sausages (hot dog sausages)
  • 8 slice(s) bacon, thinly sliced
  • n. B. Cheese of your choice
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. onion(s)
  • optional spice(s) of your choice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Season the minced meat with salt, pepper, onions, or other spices of your choice and shape it into a turtle body. Then insert the sausages for the legs, head, and tail, trimming them accordingly. Place the cheese over the minced meat and then “weave” the ham strips around the entire package, like a woven rug. Bake the whole thing in the oven at 180°C until crispy.
