sounds unusual, but is damn tasty

Dissolve the yeast with a little sugar and warm water, cover, and let rise until it has noticeably increased in volume. Put the flour in a bowl and make a well in the center. Sprinkle salt around the outside. Pour the starter dough into the well and knead it with the remaining flour, starting in the center. Add enough warm water to form a firm dough. Let this dough rise again. In the meantime, brown the minced meat in oil and season with salt and pepper. Add the oregano, thyme, garlic, and onions and fry. Roll out the dough on a greased baking sheet (or one lined with baking paper). Spread the minced meat on top, followed by the apple rings and tomatoes. Beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Spread over the pizza and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake the pizza at 200°C for about 40 minutes.
