Minced Meat and Vegetable Stew

The perfect minced meat and vegetable stew recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 piece Potatoes triplets
  • 1 Onion red
  • 300 g Minced meat
  • 200 g Pizza tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • 1 medium sized Red pepper
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 150 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 tsp Dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt and pepper
  • 200 ml Vegetable broth
  • 0,5 bunch Chopped parsley
  1. Peel, halve and slice the potatoes, peel the onion and cut into small cubes, peel the garlic clove and cut into large pieces. Clean the mushrooms and cut into slices, halve the pepper, remove the seeds and quarter the pepper again, then cut into coarse strips.
  2. Heat the oil in a saucepan, sauté the onions and garlic briefly. Add the minced meat, stir-fry until crumbly. Mix in the potato wedges, mushrooms and paprika strips. Stir in the tomato paste and pizza tomatoes, top up with the stock. Season the stew with oregano, salt and pepper, bring to the boil and simmer for about 15-20 minutes.
  3. Arrange the minced vegetable stew on plates and serve sprinkled with parsley.
