Minced Meat Boat
The perfect minced meat boat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 700 g Ground beef
- 2 piece Fresh shallots
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 100 g Tomato paste
- 1 piece Clove of garlic
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 pinch Fenugreek powder
- Chives
- 550 g Pizza dough finished product
- 100 g Sour cream 10% fat
- 200 g Grated Emmental
- Peel shallots and garlic. Finely dice shallots and finely grate garlic.
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and fry the shallot in it until they turn golden. Then add the minced meat and fry everything until crumbly. Then add tomato paste and roast briefly. Add a sip of water so that the roast set detaches from the bottom of the pan! Then season with garlic pepper, seasoned salt, fenugreek and garlic. Add the chives.
- Roll up the pizza dough and cut the dough into 8 quatrates, distribute the mince evenly on top, then about 3 teaspoons each of sour cream and some grated cheese. Bring the 4 corners to the middle and press them together, then lift the particle so that you have a boat in your hand and place the boat on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Set the oven to 220 ° degrees top / bottom heat!
- Now distribute the rest of the cheese on all boats. Bake the boat in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes. Sprinkle with chives again before serving! There was also a salad! 🙂
