Ingredients
 

  • 750 g Mixed minced meat
  • 0,5 White cabbage
  • 2 Diced carrots
  • 3 Finely diced potatoes
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 Garlic cloves chopped
  • 150 g Ham cubes
  • 1,5 liter Broth
  • 200 g Processed cheese
  • 1 cups Cream
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 1 bunch Parsley
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Dice the potatoes and carrots, cut the cabbage and onions into fine strips, chop the garlic.
  • Sear the minced meat in oil, fry the diced ham, onion and garlic in another pan and add to the minced meat, season. Put the cabbage on top and sauté briefly. Deglaze with broth and bring to the boil. Stir in the potatoes and carrots, simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  • Refine with processed cheese, cream and chopped parsley. If necessary, season again.
