Minced Meat Croissants
The perfect minced meat croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 role Puff pastry
- 150 g Minced meat
- 1 Red Paprika
- 100 g Corn
- 1 tsp Garlic
- Spices: oregano, pepper, salt
- 100 g Grated cheese
- Oil
- Chop the bell peppers and fry them with the minced meat, corn and garlic.
- Season to taste with the spices.
- Roll out the puff pastry and divide into triangles. “Cut out” these.
- Add about 1.5 tbsp of the minced meat mixture to a triangle and add a little of the cheese.
- Now the croissant is rolled up and the ends closed by twisting the dough at the tips.
- At the top, cheese is then sprinkled on top of it as desired.
- The baking time depends on the puff pastry you buy. But the enjoyment is the same for everyone: LEEEEEEECKER! 🙂
