Minced Meat Croissants

The perfect minced meat croissants recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 role Puff pastry
  • 150 g Minced meat
  • 1 Red Paprika
  • 100 g Corn
  • 1 tsp Garlic
  • Spices: oregano, pepper, salt
  • 100 g Grated cheese
  • Oil
  1. Chop the bell peppers and fry them with the minced meat, corn and garlic.
  2. Season to taste with the spices.
  3. Roll out the puff pastry and divide into triangles. “Cut out” these.
  4. Add about 1.5 tbsp of the minced meat mixture to a triangle and add a little of the cheese.
  5. Now the croissant is rolled up and the ends closed by twisting the dough at the tips.
  6. At the top, cheese is then sprinkled on top of it as desired.
  7. The baking time depends on the puff pastry you buy. But the enjoyment is the same for everyone: LEEEEEEECKER! 🙂
