Minced meat in puff pastry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pc. puff pastry
  • 250 g minced meat
  • 1 can of mushrooms
  • 2 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 200 g Dutch cheese
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ roll, old (soak)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Thaw the puff pastry slightly, then spread half of the package in a greased dish (you can layer each slice slightly on top of the other to create a flat layer of puff pastry). Chop the ingredients into small pieces and mix with the minced meat (cut the cheese into cubes). Season the dough with soy sauce, pepper, and salt, then add the bread rolls and egg. Spread the prepared minced meat mixture over the puff pastry and cover with the remaining puff pastry, tucking in all the corners slightly. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 50-60 minutes. Serve with baguettes and salad.
