Minced Meat Pan with Sweet Potato
The perfect minced meat pan with sweet potato recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Sweet potato
- 100 g Potato
- 500 g Minced meat
- 2 Onion
- 1 toe Garlic
- 1 (Dose 200g) Chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 2 tablespoon Dried oregano
- 100 ml Cream
- 150 ml Water
- Salt pepper
- 50 g Feta
- Peel the sweet potatoes and potatoes and cut them into pieces.
- Peel the onions and garlic and finely dice or chop.
- Fry the minced meat in the pan. Add onions and garlic and fry with. Season with tomato paste, oregano, salt and pepper.
- Now stir in the potatoes, cream, water and chopped tomatoes. Put a lid on the pan so that the potatoes cook faster.
- Approx. Simmer over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with a little cress and crumbled feta cheese before serving.
