Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 roll
- 50 g minced meat (preferably from the butcher)
- ½ onion(s)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) of pepper
- ⅛ bunch parsley (if any)
- some mustard
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the rolls lengthwise with a sharp knife (or a bread knife if you have one). Spread the minced meat evenly between the two halves using a suitable spreading tool (always spread with the grain, never against it). Finely chop the onion and sprinkle it over the minced meat to taste. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley, and add mustard to taste. Serve cold.
