Wrap – filling with minced meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat (half and half)
  • 2 onions
  • 1 can of corn
  • ½ can kidney beans
  • 200 ml tomato ketchup (to taste)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • curry
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Also tastes good on its own or with pasta

Sauté the onions and add the minced meat, then season with the spices. Add the kidney beans and sweetcorn (with the juice!). Mix everything well with the ketchup and let it marinate for a while. Place in the wraps, roll up, and enjoy!
