Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 250 g minced meat, beef or mixed
  • 3 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 6 slice(s) cheese, e.g. sliced ​​cheese, or of your choice
  • 6 slices of toast
  • 1 egg(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder
  • Paprika powder
  • ketchup (curry)
  • butter

Instructions

Mix the minced meat with egg, pepper, salt, curry paste, paprika, and ketchup. Place on slices of toast lightly spread with butter. Top the minced meat with slices of tomato, onion, and cheese. Bake in the oven at approximately 180 degrees Celsius for approximately 20-30 minutes. You’ll see when the minced meat is cooked and the cheese is golden brown. Alternatively, add the cheese just before the end of the baking time to prevent it from becoming too dry and dark. A very tasty, simple, and inexpensive dish.
