Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 2 onions
- 4 garlic cloves
- 500 g minced meat, mixed
- 1 pack of tomatoes, pureed, approx. 500 ml
- 1 can tomatoes, chopped, approx. 400 g
- 1 small jar of olives, approx. 300 g
- 2 peppers, hot
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, sweet
- oregano
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Finely chop the onions and garlic. Halve the olives and slice the peppers into thin rings. Heat the oil in a saucepan. Sauté the onions until translucent. Add the garlic and sauté briefly. Add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Add the pureed and chopped tomatoes (including their juice) and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat. Add the olives, peppers, and seasonings and simmer everything over medium heat for about 30 minutes. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente, drain, and serve with the minced meat sauce.
