Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g minced meat, mixed
- 2 garlic cloves
- 150 g sheep’s cheese
- salt and pepper
- 1 small red bell pepper(s)
- 4 slices of toast
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Place the minced meat in a bowl. Finely chop the garlic and bell pepper. Cut the feta cheese into small pieces. Add to the minced meat and mix well. Season to taste. Spread the minced meat on the toast and bake in the oven at 170°C for about 10 minutes.
