  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Peel the garlic. Line a baking tray with baking paper and preheat the oven to 200°C (180°C fan/gas mark 4). For the dough, knead the flour, baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt, the quark, egg yolk, half the parsley, and 3 tablespoons of oil. Sprinkle a little flour on the work surface and roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 25 x 35 cm). Place the frozen broccoli in boiling salted water, cook for 3-5 minutes, drain, and finely chop. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and fry the mince until well browned, stirring. Fold in the tomatoes, broccoli, remaining parsley, and crushed garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and cayenne pepper. Spread the mixture over the dough, but not all the way to the edges. Roll up the dough from the long side, press down carefully, and cut into slices about 2 cm thick. Place the UFOs on the baking tray and bake for 20 minutes on the middle rack.
