Minced Roast
The perfect minced roast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Ingredients for the meatloaf
- 750 g Ground beef
- 250 g Minced pork
- 2 packet Basis for minced meat
- 300 ml Cold water for meat base
- 500 ml Beef broth
Ingredients for the sauce
- 2 tablespoon Sour cream
- 2 tablespoon Water
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 2 teaspoon Flour smooth
Side dishes
- Mashed potatoes
- Roasted onions
- Leaf lettuce
Minced roast
- Sprinkle the meat base with water and let it soak for 3 minutes
- Mix the minced meat well in a large bowl with the meat base – form a large loaf and place in a large frying pan – pour the beef stock over it and slide it into the preheated oven
- Cook the minced roast for about 50 minutes at 180 degrees – every now and then, pour the juice from the pan over it

- Mix the sour cream, water, mustard and flour well together – add the sauce mixture to the minced roast and mix well with the gravy in the pan – simmer gently for 5 minutes
Side dishes
- There is also mashed potatoes and roasted onions, as well as lettuce
